I plan to speak life into all the young ladies I encounter this day forward. I will share an encouraging word, an empowering word, an equipping word, and maybe even a word of challenge and discipline. Our girls matter no matter race, demographics, nationality, social economic status, language, body size, worldview, or cultural group, and I want the world to know it. I will make myself available to pour into a life of another.

Pouring into others...in the book of Philippians, Paul gives us an example of how to encourage others. See Phil 1:3-11- he does not give a worn out, generic brand of encouragement. He is specific, expresses love, talks of hope for their future. I pray that I can emulate the works of Paul.
