Join the Movement towards Transformation

Transparent Moments is an 8-day devotional for women ages 20-100 to reflect on their
journey before taking the next steps down their path. Author Gail E. Dudley invites you to the table as she shares words of hope, joy and peace as you continue down your life’s journey.

The devotionals in this book will leave the reader convicted and comforted with Truth as Dudley comes to each reader as a sister in Christ striving to bring encouragement and warmth through her transparency. You will share a journey and have a shoulder to lean on that will lead you to life changing revelations. This 8-day devotional is delivered with Scriptural truths that are powerfully applied to your everyday life situations.

Women ages 20-100 can download Transparent Moments from Amazon for $.99 as we prepare to begin reading together 'Day 1' on August 24, 2014 and by September 1, we will experience new life.

  1. I must say I got a little ahead of myself when reading Transparent Moments. You can't help but want to read more. The Author draws you in! As I read Day 1, I reflected on all the women and girls in my life and thought... What is my investment in their lives? I have younger sisters that look up to me. I want to ensure that I am living life well enough to share my experiences with them, that can hopefully help them along their journey.

It is so easy to be trapped in bondage. I’ve been there. It is not pretty... Very Uncomfortable. I do not wish that for my daughter, sisters, friends or any of the other women in my family. That is why it is so important to break the vicious cycle.

In my journey I have found it very beneficial to stop trying to be a people pleaser. People will disappoint you!!! God has your back no matter your faults, your imperfections, etc. I’m learning to walk more by Faith and not by Sight. It’s not an easy journey. That is why I try to continuously educate myself with resources that enables Growth. The Struggle is Real! However, I have faith that one day I will get it right!

  2. I don't have a daughter,I have a son. When Pastor Gail said she needed to be free from all of her stuff ,so that she wouldn't pass that bondage onto her daughter, I immediately thought about my son. Our children are a direct reflection of us. The Lord brought to my remembrance something that I say to my son all the time. The choices and decisions you make don't just affect you. I thought about things that I have done and the decisions I have made and what was the outcome?
I have to do better so that my son will want to do better because he is a reflection of me.

  3. Hearing stories from my grandpa about how times had changed. I this if he had not taken the Time to tell me and show that you have to work hard, be London order to get anywhere in life, but most of all we need God in our lives
